Deliberately light on tannins and oak, the wine shows lovely balance and vibrant fruit flavours. A perfect accompaniment to roast or barbecued red meats, casseroles, hard & blue cheese.

Taylors produce a surprise packet of a Pinot Noir at a very attractive price. Bright cherry colour complemented by a nose of strawberry and spice. Flavours of ripe cherries follow and lingers nicely on the palate.
Taylors Pinot Gris is a strikingly varietal wine showing notes of baked apple and pear on the nose, with characteristic texture on the palate and soft acidity on the finish. Ideally suited to a whole range of foods, especially flash-barbecued prawns.
